Production Stages:

Mixer: Corn grits are mixed with water and other ingredients in an innovative mixer to achieve uniform moisture levels.

Extruder: The mixture is automatically fed through a spiral feeder into the extruder, which shapes and cuts the chips.

Roasting: The chips are roasted and moisture is extracted through a hot air oven to dry the chips, achieving the desired crispiness.

Seasoning: The flavoring drum ensures even distribution of seasoning, equipped with an innovative seasoning sprayer for balanced application.

Seasoning Preparation: Two 200-liter tanks contain oil and flavoring. The tanks are equipped with high-speed mixers, heaters to warm the oil, and pumps to transfer the seasoning to the sprayer.
