Line Components:

Corn Mixer: The raw materials are mixed and homogenized optimally to ensure product quality.

Automatic Spiral Conveyor: Transfers the mixture from the mixer to the extruder, working automatically to maintain stable production.

Extruder: Shapes and cuts the chips according to the desired size.

Sifting Drum: Filters the product before it is transferred via a conveyor belt to the frying stage.

Fryer: The product is fried in a uniquely designed fryer that is easy to control and equipped with a precise safety system to ensure public safety.

Drying Unit: The chips are dried by a conveyor and drying shaker, removing excess oil. The oil is then automatically returned to the fryer.

Flavoring Drum: The flavor is added inside the drum and evenly distributed on the chips.

After this, the product is ready for packaging.
